How it Started

With all the free time we had over the holiday break, we started brainstorming fun things to do in the new year. Most of our ideas were quickly discarded, but the one that got us all excited was to eat at a different restaurant every week this year. We all agreed that this would be a fun way to spend time as a family and add some variety to our dining.

We all worked together to make a list of restaurants that we wanted to visit. To qualify for the list, a restaurant has to meet the following criteria:

• It must be in our home town of Layton, Utah.
• It can't be fast food.
• It can't be a chain.

We think this list will give us a great selection of unique, local dining to choose from. Check back with us each week as we review 52 restaurants right here in Layton.
